• 💼 Mastery of French payroll, including ALE posting and legal reports implementation (DNS and other legal reports).
• 🛠️ Experience in application maintenance and familiarity with SLA/KPI metrics.
• 📋 Proficiency in project methodologies (BBP, implementation, testing, documentation, and go-live).
• 🌐 Fluent in English.
• 🤝 Strong communication and user management skills.
• 🧠 Self-management and organizational skills.
• ✈️ Willingness to travel.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• 📝 Capture and analyze client requirements, helping them express their needs.
• 💡 Bring best practices from previous experiences and ensure the use of standard SAP processes.
• 🛠️ Support the incident team in resolving complex issues.
• 🖋️ Write clear functional specifications.
• 🔄 Support business change management.
• 📣 Communicate effectively with key users and stakeholders.

Desirable Skills:

• ⏰ Experience in positive Time Management or other HCM modules.
• 🗣️ Proficiency in French.
