What will you do?

• Responsible for operating the SAP HCM system (H4S4) with a focus on payroll and personnel administration.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and collective agreement requirements.
• System customizing and configuration, error analysis, and technical enhancements, including ABAP code analysis.
• Coordinate the implementation of customer requirements across the relevant SAP HCM modules.
• Contribute the continuous improvement of the HR IT landscape including the consideration of new technologies.
• You will join to a cross-functional team together with our colleagues in Spain and Germany!

What´s your story

• Professional experience as an SAP HCM IT-Consultant.
• Comprehensive knowledge of international payroll processes and regulations, customizing incl. schemas and rules.
• Experience with HR Smart Forms is an advantage.
• Solid technical skills in ABAP debugging.
• Good English skills, written and spoken.
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, Communication, Teamwork, Customer focus, ability to engage and persuade others.

Nice to have:

- Experience with international payroll (e.g. Poland)

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors

- Basic German skills written and spoken
