Senior IT SCM Technical Lead / Project Manager

Our client is a global organisation operating and delivering well-known branded products to millions of consumers across international markets. They are seeking an experienced Senior IT SCM Technical Lead / Project Manager to drive a complex multi-country transformation programme across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery across Commercial, Manufacturing, and CS&L workstreams.
• Develop and execute delivery plans using both agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Conduct full application landscape assessments across supply chain systems.
• Oversee system migrations, including data validation and testing (SAP ECC → Microsoft Dynamics ERP, SAP S/4HANA)
• Manage communication across corporate, regional IT, and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with vendors, 3PLs, and service providers
• Ensure alignment between OT and IT environments, maintaining compliance with GMP, food safety, and cybersecurity standards.
  
  

Required Experience

• 10-15 years' IT experience, ideally within supply chain or FMCG manufacturing environments
• Proven experience with SAP ECC → Microsoft Dynamics ERP migration (essential)
• Strong SAP expertise: ECC6, EWM 9.5, S/4HANA, PLM, MDG
• End-to-end understanding of SCM systems (WMS/EWM, TMS, order management, demand planning)
• Proven delivery of complex, multi-country transformation programmes
• Experience in system separation and shared instance environments
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
• Familiarity with DevOps / full software delivery lifecycle

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft Dynamics F&O, MS SQL, Power BI
• Exposure to OT / manufacturing systems (MES, SCADA, Rockwell, Ignition)
• Experience with 3PL integrations and warehouse transitions
• Knowledge of EU regulatory frameworks (food safety, data privacy)
• Business Continuity / DRP experience
• Exposure to Syniti ADMM
