SAP MM S/4HANA Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM S/4HANA Consultant to join a global manufacturing organization undergoing continuous digital transformation. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to optimize procurement and inventory management processes across international operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP MM S/4HANA solutions.
• Design and configure procurement, inventory management, valuation, and invoice verification processes.
• Support and execute SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and enhancement projects.
• Manage and improve material master and vendor master data quality.
• Perform data migration activities using SAP Migration Cockpit and related migration tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales, Production, and Warehouse Management to ensure seamless process integration.
• Prepare functional specifications and support development activities where required.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Deliver training sessions and create functional documentation for key users and business stakeholders.
• Provide go-live support and post-implementation stabilization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and leverage new S/4HANA innovations, analytics, and automation capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP MM Consultant within SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes.
• Experience with SAP Fiori applications and S/4HANA best practices.
• Hands-on experience with master data management and data migration activities.
• Understanding of integrations with Finance (FI), Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in international project environments.
• Living in the Netherlands is mandatory
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
