Position : Senior SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant

Role Overview

Lead the implementation of the Finance module across new locations within an SAP S/4HANA environment. This role requires strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules, ensuring alignment with local financial and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA FICO
• Analyze existing financial processes and adapt standard SAP solutions to meet local business and regulatory needs
• Configure and customize FICO modules, including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Asset Accounting (AA)
• Cost Center Accounting (CCA)
• Profit Center Accounting (PCA)
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other SAP consultants to ensure smooth system integration
• Participate in data migration, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
• Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Deliver training sessions for key users and stakeholders
• Document processes, configurations, and key project decisions
• Ensure compliance with local tax and accounting regulations
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshooting and managing incidents

Required Experience & Skills

• 6–7+ years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Proven expertise in FICO configuration and localization requirements
• Experience in data migration, testing, and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple stakeholders and teams
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher)
