SAP Operations Interim Manager Freelance Requirement | Hybrid | Dutch & English Speaking

One of Energize’s clients is looking for an SAP Operations Interim Manager to support several ongoing SAP support projects.

The main focus of the role is to coordinate the current SAP support consultants, make sure priorities are aligned, and ensure issues are handled by the right people. The role has a strong focus on SAP MM, SD, and supply chain, so previous SAP support management experience in these areas would be ideal.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate SAP support consultants across multiple projects
• Align priorities, workload, and service delivery
• Support issue triage and assign topics to the right consultants
• Act as a point of contact for business/client-facing issues
• Support SAP operations across ECC and S/4HANA environments
• Provide clear communication on progress, blockers, and priorities

Your profile:

• Experience as an SAP Support Manager / SAP Operations Manager / Service Delivery Manager
• Good understanding of SAP MM, SD, and supply chain processes
• Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA support environments
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in a client-facing role
• Fluent in Dutch and English

Details:

• Start: ASAP, 4-week notice can be considered
• Contract: 6 months
• Location: Veldhoven, Netherlands
• Hybrid: Around 3 days per week onsite, with flexibility
• Workload: Minimum 32 hours per week
• Languages: Dutch and English
