Position description
International industrial technology organisation specialising in thermal management and heat exchange solutions, supporting global customers across sectors including energy, manufacturing, industrial processing and infrastructure. The company operates a large international footprint and is currently investing heavily in the optimisation and transformation of its global SAP and finance landscape. Known for its collaborative culture, international project environment and focus on innovation, process improvement and long-term employee development.
Your Responsibilities
- Play an active role in shaping future finance and controlling processes while acting as a trusted partner to international and central business departments.
- Further develop the SAP landscape through configuration and optimisation of SAP FI/CO modules, including integration with adjacent SAP systems.
- Analyse existing business processes, identify optimisation potential and design practical target concepts that create measurable business value.
- Take ownership of SAP customising activities, implement system enhancements and ensure high quality delivery across projects and optimisation initiatives.
- Support knowledge transfer through workshops, testing and user training to strengthen key-user capabilities across the organisation.
- Drive innovation by developing new SAP-based solutions for evolving business requirements and supporting international rollout initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally in an international environment, while coordinating external partners and stakeholders across multiple departments.
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
- Professional experience within the SAP FI/CO environment, ideally gained within complex transformation or project-driven environments.
- Strong expertise in SAP FI and CO customising, including integration with related SAP modules.
- Fluent German and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong MS Office capabilities, particularly in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, combined with a proactive mindset and willingness to travel occasionally.
