SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (S2P) Consultant - Coupa Integration & Configuration

Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay (S2P) Consultant with strong Coupa configuration and integration expertise to join a global transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity to support multiple SAP S/4HANA go-lives across an international landscape, working alongside an established delivery team on a long-term programme spanning North America, Europe, and Africa.
The successful consultant will play a key role in supporting deployment activities, ensuring seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and Coupa, and helping deliver successful business outcomes across multiple rollout phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay processes across global deployment activities.
• Configure and optimise Coupa solutions in line with business requirements.
• Support and maintain integrations between SAP S/4HANA and Coupa.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to resolve process and integration issues.
• Assist with go-live preparation, cutover activities, hypercare, and post-go-live support.
• Analyse and troubleshoot procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and invoice-related processes.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to validate requirements and support testing activities.
• Contribute to solution documentation, process design, and knowledge transfer activities.
• Support multiple international rollout waves across various regions and time zones.

Required Experience

• Proven experience as an SAP S/4HANA S2P (Source-to-Pay) Consultant.
• Strong hands-on Coupa configuration experience.
• Demonstrable experience integrating Coupa with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Deep understanding of procurement and purchasing business processes.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout programmes.
• Strong troubleshooting and issue-resolution skills across functional and integration areas.
• Experience supporting go-live and hypercare activities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a collaborative project team environment.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with global SAP deployment programmes.
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba and broader procurement technologies.
• Experience working within complex multinational organisations.
• Understanding of middleware/integration technologies such as CPI, PI/PO, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.
• Exposure to supplier onboarding, invoice automation, and procurement transformation initiatives
