ZTALENT acts as the Data Controller of the personal data provided by users when registering as SAP Professionals, Companies, or when using the platform’s services.

2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing

• Account registration and access management: creation and administration of ZTalent accounts and services.

• Account and forum management: ensuring participation and proper operation of the community.
  Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Service notifications: sending alerts or reminders activated by the user.
  Legal basis: legitimate interest.
• Provision and follow-up of services: managing relationships between professionals and companies, including communication, incident management, and technical support.
  Legal basis: performance of a contract.
• Commercial communications: sending information or promotional content, subject to prior express consent.

Personal data is obtained directly from the user, either through registration forms or while using ZTalent services.

Types of data processed:

• Identification and contact data: name, surname, email, password, tax ID (NIF/CIF), company name, and representative data.
• Professional profile: education, experience, languages, rate, geographic location, and other profession-related data.
• Company data (where applicable): company name, tax and contact information.
• Forum and community data: nickname, province, and gender (if voluntarily provided).
• Browsing data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and cookie identifiers.

ZTalent does not request special category data. If such data is required, explicit user consent will be obtained in advance.

The user guarantees that the data provided is truthful, accurate, and up to date, and agrees to notify any changes. ZTalent may temporarily suspend accounts if incorrect or outdated information is detected.

4. Data Retention Periods

Data is retained during the contractual relationship and thereafter for the legal period required to address potential liabilities (generally 5 years under the Commercial Code, and up to 10 years for accounting or tax obligations).

ZTalent services are intended exclusively for users over 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and any detected account will be removed immediately.

If you are not satisfied, you may file a claim with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (https://www.aepd.es).

6. Data Security

ZTalent applies technical and organizational measures in accordance with Article 32 of the GDPR: TLS encryption, access control, backups, staff training, monitoring, and security breach protocols.

These measures are reviewed periodically to ensure an adequate level of protection in line with the risk of each processing activity.

7. Data Sharing and Transfers

To provide ZTalent services, personal data of SAP Professionals may be shared with Companies registered on the platform or that join in the future, to facilitate job opportunities and professional collaboration.

Each receiving company acts as an independent Data Controller and is responsible for providing its own privacy policy. ZTalent is not liable for the processing they perform outside of the service framework.

Data may also be shared with technological and support providers (hosting, analytics, marketing, customer service, etc.) necessary for the operation and security of the platform, under data processing agreements ensuring GDPR compliance.

Certain providers may involve international transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), for example, Google Analytics.

In such cases, ZTalent applies the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and complementary safeguards, including IP anonymization.

Data may also be disclosed to authorities or courts when legally required.

With user consent, identification data may be shared with partner companies for sending commercial communications about their products and services.

By using ZTalent services, the user expressly accepts these data communications and transfers, solely for the purpose of ensuring proper service provision and in accordance with applicable law.
