***SAP SuccessFactors Consultant – 12 months contract – Remote***

RED is currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join one of our global clients on a long-term integration project.

• Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

• Start date: ASAP

• Location: Remote

• Duration: 12 months+

• Languages: English

Responsibilities:

• Work on integration between SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA

• Configure and deliver SAP BIB (Business Integration Builder) solutions

• Support end-to-end integration delivery (hands-on, not just design)

• Collaborate with global stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements

• Ensure integration solutions align with business processes

• Support troubleshooting and optimisation of integrations

• Work within a complex, multi-country landscape (70+ countries)

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business Integration Builder (BIB)

• Proven experience delivering SuccessFactors → S/4 integrations

• Experience working on global / complex SAP landscapes

• Strong delivery background (not only functional/design experience)

• Ability to work remotely with occasional travel if required

• Strong communication skills in English
