Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for SAP ABAP Developer/Support Specialist for our client from automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABAP development and enhancement work within SAP systems
• Provide application support and issue resolution across SAP environments
• Support local compliance requirements, including: JPK (Poland) & e-Invoicing regulations (Central Europe scope)
• Contribute to ad-hoc SAP projects, including system improvements and new functionalities
• Maintain and support SAP solutions across multiple countries: Germany (DE), Romania (RO), Poland (PL), Czech Republic (CZ), Hungary (HU), Slovakia (SK)
• Support and enhance the SAP HR module in a multi-country setup
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, including root cause analysis
• Collaborate with functional teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure compliance with legal and business requirements across different jurisdictions

Requirements:

• Strong experience in SAP ABAP development
• Experience in SAP application support (L2/L3 or similar)
• Solid understanding of SAP HR module
• Knowledge of local compliance requirements (especially JPK and e-invoicing)
• Experience working in multi-country SAP environments
• Ability to handle both project-based work and ongoing support tasks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in an international environment
