ZTALENT.TECH TERMS OF USE AND SERVICE
1. Identification
“Company” refers to ZTalent Gestión y Tecnología S.L., with registered office at Calle López de Hoyos, 42, 28006 Madrid, Spain, tax ID (CIF) B72543317, registered with the Commercial Registry of Madrid, Volume 44.165, Folio 98, Book 0, Section 0, Sheet M-778817.
The Company is the owner of the website www.ztalent.tech (“ZTalent”), whose use is governed by these General Terms of Use and Service and any other legal texts available on the website.
2. Acceptance
Access to and use ZTalent.tech implies the express acceptance of these Terms of Use and Service, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time of access. Registration as a user and use of the available services constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (SAP professional or company) and ZTalent.
Some services may be subject to specific terms or a fee, which will always be communicated in advance. ZTalent may amend these terms without prior notice; users are encouraged to review the current version regularly.
3. Purpose of the Platform
ZTalent.tech is a professional network specializing in SAP®, connecting companies and professionals through technological intermediation services. The platform offers features aimed at professional development, including training, job opportunities, networking spaces, forums, blogs, and informational content.
ZTalent acts solely as a technological intermediary, facilitating contact between users and not taking part in or becoming a party to any contractual agreements that may be entered into between them.
4. Definitions
For the purposes of these General Terms of Use and Service, the following terms will have the meanings set out below:
- User: any natural or legal person who accesses or uses ZTalent.
- Account: the profile linked to an email address and password.
- Registration: the act of creating an account on ZTalent.
- Free Services: basic features provided at no cost, such as public searches and newsletters.
- Premium Services: credit packs, subscriptions, or advanced services (e.g., Zelenia and VIKO).
- Zelenia: an artificial intelligence tool integrated into the ZTalent Platform, designed to provide informational assistance and general guidance to Users on employment, professional development, market analysis, and participation in forums or collaborative spaces.
- Content: information published by users (texts, images, videos, documents, job offers, profile data, etc.).
- Job Offer: a specific assignment or task that a Company entrusts to an SAP Professional.
- Website: www.ztalent.tech and its digital extensions, including apps and social media profiles.
5. Registration and Accounts
5.1. Registering on ZTalent requires providing information that is truthful, complete, and up to date. The User agrees to keep this information current at all times.
5.2. The Account is personal and non-transferable. The User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (email and password), as well as for any activity carried out through their Account. The User must notify ZTalent without undue delay of any unauthorized use of their Account or any suspected security breach.
5.3. The User agrees to use ZTalent diligently, ethically, and in accordance with the law. In particular, the following is expressly prohibited:
- a) Using the Platform for fraudulent purposes or in connection with any unlawful activity.
- b) Introducing or spreading viruses, malware, or any other harmful code or program that may damage or alter ZTalent’s or third parties’ systems.
- c) Interfering with, disrupting, or attempting to disrupt the normal operation of ZTalent, its servers, or associated networks.
- d) Using the Platform to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate others, or otherwise violate third-party rights.
- e) Creating multiple Accounts without ZTalent’s authorization, or using false identities or third-party data without their consent.
5.4. ZTalent reserves the right to temporarily suspend, limit, or permanently cancel the Accounts of Users who:
- a) Violate these Terms, the Forum Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, or any other internal ZTalent rule.
- b) Make unlawful, abusive, or bad-faith use of the Platform.
- c) Are subject to administrative or judicial orders, or to requests from competent authorities, that require ZTalent to adopt such measures.
5.5. Where reasonably possible and where there is no serious risk to security or third-party rights, ZTalent will inform the User of the suspension, limitation, or cancellation of their Account. It will indicate the main reasons for the measure and provide a contact channel so that the User may submit any comments or appeals via the email address info@ztalent.tech.
5.6. The User may access their profile and delete their Account at any time through the settings available on the Platform. Account deletion does not release the User from fulfilling any outstanding obligations arising from use of the Platform prior to such deletion.
6. Services and Features
The services and features include, among others: search and browsing, SAP® profile creation, internal messaging, statistics, the VIKO service, and use of Zelenia.
- Search and Browsing: Directory of SAP® professionals with filters for experience, certifications, and availability.
- Profiles and Résumés: Creation, editing, and publication of a profile; upload of résumé, portfolio, and certificates.
- Messaging and Networking: Internal chat (private or group), connection requests, and themed forums.
- Reports and Statistics: Data on profile views, company interest, and industry trends.
- VIKO Service: Remote access to preconfigured SAP instances for training, including practice environments with real-type data, technical support, and user administration; available by the hour or in packs.
- Use of Zelenia (AI): Access to the Zelenia artificial intelligence tool to optimize job searches, suggest improvements to profiles, and analyze market trends. Zelenia can generate customized reports, automate parts of selection processes, and provide proactive recommendations. Use of Zelenia is also governed by the specific provisions in Section 7 of these Terms, which define its limitations, informational purpose, and liability framework.
7. Publications, Blogs, Articles, Posts, Forum, and Use of Zelenia
7.1 Purpose: The site enables users to create and publish professional content and interact through articles, blogs, forums, and tools such as chat, promoting the exchange of ideas in an ethical and constructive environment.
7.2 Permitted content: Technical articles, blogs, short posts, training materials, and participation in forums or chat-based interactions.
7.3 Standards: Content must be original, accurate, and professional, avoiding offensive or unlawful material, respecting all legal rights, and prioritizing quality and relevance to the platform’s topics.
7.4 Intellectual property: The author retains ownership of their content but grants ZTalent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display that content within the platform. The author may request that their content be removed unless prevented by legal or technical reasons.
7.5 Editorial oversight: The moderation team may review, edit, or remove content that violates these rules. They are authorized to act with proportionality and transparency, to ensure a respectful and professional environment. Repeated violations may result in limitations on publishing or suspension of publishing privileges.
7.6 Participation in forums: Participation in forums implies acceptance of the applicable conditions and a commitment to maintain a respectful attitude at all times. Offensive, abusive, discriminatory, defamatory, or violent messages are strictly prohibited. Moderators may delete inappropriate content and exclude users who breach the rules. Each user is solely responsible for the opinions they post.
7.7 Use of chat: The chat is intended for professional communication between registered users. Spam, unauthorized commercial content, and violations of privacy are prohibited. ZTalent may log and monitor conversations to ensure compliance with applicable rules. Use of the chat implies acceptance of possible moderation or restrictions.
Use of Zelenia
7.8.1. Zelenia is an artificial intelligence tool integrated into the ZTalent Platform, designed to provide informational assistance and general guidance to Users.
7.8.2. By using Zelenia, the User expressly accepts that the responses, suggestions, or content generated by the AI—including content intended for forums or any other area of the Platform—are informational and advisory in nature only and do not constitute professional advice, a binding opinion, or any guarantee of results.
7.8.3. ZTalent is not responsible for decisions, actions, or omissions taken by Users based on information provided by Zelenia, without prejudice to the provisions of Section 14 (Liability and Disclaimers). The User bears sole responsibility for verifying and cross-checking information before making professional or business decisions.
7.8.4. By accessing Zelenia, the User acknowledges and accepts that certain processes may be automated or handled through external integrations as part of the normal operation of the tool. Such use will be governed by these Terms and by the applicable Privacy Policy.
7.9 Limitation of liability: The author of any content is fully responsible for the consequences arising from the content they publish. ZTalent does not assume any liability for the acts of third parties or for decisions made based on such content. Likewise, the content provided does not constitute professional, legal, or technical advice.
8. Job Offers
- Posting openings: Companies may create job offers indicating title, description, requirements, location, and approximate salary.
- Moderation and duration: ZTalent reviews offers to help prevent fraudulent content. Each offer remains active for 30 days and may be renewed upon payment.
- Fees: Basic posting is free; premium options offering greater visibility are available for an additional fee.
9. Premium Services and Billing

- Subscriptions: Monthly or yearly plans with unlimited access to Zelenia and discounts.
- Payment and VAT: Payment by card; all prices include applicable VAT.
- Expiration: Credits expire 12 months from the date of issue or at the end of the contracted period, whichever comes first.
9.1. The contract will be deemed concluded when the User receives electronic confirmation of their purchase or subscription, which will serve as sufficient proof of acceptance of these Terms. ZTalent will send the corresponding electronic invoice to the email address associated with the User’s account used during registration, unless the User expressly requests a paper invoice.
9.2. All prices include legally applicable taxes. If there is an obvious error in the displayed prices, ZTalent reserves the right to correct it, informing the User in advance and offering the option to confirm or cancel the order before final charge.
9.3. ZTalent may offer discounts, coupons, or special promotions, which will be subject to specific conditions in each case and may not be combined unless expressly stated otherwise.
9.4. The User authorizes ZTalent to issue invoices in electronic format in accordance with applicable regulations. ZTalent will send the corresponding electronic invoice to the email address associated with the User’s account used during registration.
9.5. ZTalent may update the prices or conditions of Premium Services, notifying Users at least fifteen (15) days before the new terms take effect. For active subscriptions, the User may cancel before the effective date of the change if they do not agree with the new terms.
10. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refund Policy
Credit packs: The User may withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from confirmation, provided that the credits have not been used. In such cases, a full refund will be issued. If there has been partial use, the refund will be proportional to the unused credits.
Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, with access maintained until the end of the current subscription period. If the right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days of signing up and Zelenia or other Premium services have not been used, the corresponding amount will be refunded. Use of Zelenia or other personalized digital content results in the loss of the right of withdrawal, pursuant to Article 103(m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
Procedure: Requests must be sent to info@ztalent.tech, indicating the order number and User details. ZTalent will confirm receipt and issue the refund using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
10.1. In case of voluntary cancellation of an active subscription, the User will retain access to Premium features until the end of the already paid period. No refunds will be issued for partially used periods, unless otherwise required by law.
10.2. If ZTalent discontinues a Premium service for reasons not attributable to the User (for example, prolonged maintenance, technical issues, or legal reasons), the User will be offered proportional compensation or a refund for the unused time, provided this is possible and in line with applicable law.
10.3. Cancellation or refund confirmations will always be sent to the email address associated with the User’s account used during registration.
11. Intermediation
ZTalent acts solely as a technological platform connecting SAP® professionals and companies. It does not assume any obligations or liabilities arising from the contracts entered into between them.
12. Intellectual Property and AI Feedback
12.1. All content published on ZTalent is owned by the Company or by authorized third parties and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2. Any use, reproduction, or distribution of the content without express authorization is prohibited.
12.3. Ideas, suggestions, comments, or any type of feedback about Zelenia or other artificial intelligence tools that users voluntarily submit will become the property of ZTalent. Such feedback may be used for improvement, development, or innovation purposes without giving rise to any right to compensation, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
12.4. Systematic extraction, collection, copying, or reuse of any substantial part of ZTalent’s content, databases, or structure is expressly prohibited without the Company’s prior written consent.
12.5. The use of framing techniques, meta tags, or any other method of presentation that hides the origin of the content or uses ZTalent’s trademarks, logos, or trade names without prior written authorization is not permitted.
12.6. The User agrees not to decompile, reverse engineer, alter, or modify the software, nor to use ZTalent’s content or data to develop or train artificial intelligence models without express authorization.
12.7. Users guarantee that they own or hold the necessary rights to the content they publish, and they hold ZTalent harmless from any claim arising from infringement of third-party rights.
13. Notice and Takedown Procedure for Illegal or Infringing Content
13.1. ZTalent respects intellectual and industrial property rights and all other legitimate rights of third parties. If any person or entity believes that content hosted on the Platform is unlawful or infringes their own or third-party rights, they may notify ZTalent using the notice procedure described in this section.
13.2. Notices must be sent by email to info@ztalent.tech and must include at least the following information: (a) identification of the complainant and, where applicable, of the rights holder allegedly infringed; (b) a description of the content or activity being reported and its exact location on the Platform; (c) an express statement that the information provided is accurate and that the complainant holds or is authorized to exercise the rights allegedly infringed; and (d) a signature or valid digital identification of the complainant.
13.3. Once a complete notice has been received, ZTalent may take any measures it deems appropriate, including removal or temporary disabling of the content, without prejudice to informing the User responsible so that they may submit any comments or objections they consider appropriate.
13.4. Removal of content does not imply any admission of liability by ZTalent, which will always act in good faith and solely to comply with applicable law and protect third-party rights.
13.5. Submitting false, incomplete, or bad-faith notifications may give rise to civil or criminal liability in accordance with applicable law.
14. Liability and Disclaimers
14.1. ZTalent provides the Platform on an “as is” basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors or interruptions.
14.2. ZTalent is not liable for direct or indirect damages, third-party content, or the actions of other users. This disclaimer also applies to information, suggestions, or recommendations generated by automated tools such as Zelenia.
14.3. Each User is responsible for their own posts and for their use of the Platform.
14.4. ZTalent is not liable for damages arising from improper use of the Platform, inability to access it, interruptions, computer viruses, or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
14.5. ZTalent assumes no responsibility for agreements, communications, or transactions carried out between users, nor does it guarantee the outcome of professional relationships that may arise through the Platform.
14.6. ZTalent may temporarily suspend access to or operation of the Platform for technical, security, or maintenance reasons, without giving rise to any right to compensation for users.
14.7. None of the above provisions will limit ZTalent’s liability in cases where applicable law prohibits exclusion or limitation of liability, such as cases of willful misconduct (dolo) or gross negligence.
15. Data Protection and Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Spain’s Organic Law on Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and any other applicable regulations.
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection by sending a request to info@ztalent.tech, providing proof of identity.
ZTalent uses first-party and third-party cookies for technical, analytical, and advertising purposes; the use of cookies requires express consent in accordance with the Cookie Policy available at Cookie Policy.
16. Changes to the Terms
ZTalent may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be available at www.ztalent.tech, and continued use of the Platform implies express acceptance of any changes.
17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
17.1. These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Without prejudice to the foregoing, where the User acts as a consumer and has their habitual residence in a Member State of the European Union, the mandatory provisions of the User’s country of residence will also apply.
17.2. Consumers may bring claims before the courts of their place of habitual residence or before the courts of Madrid (Spain), thus exercising non-exclusive jurisdiction. For users acting within the scope of their professional or business activity, the relationship with ZTalent is subject to the courts of Madrid, and any other potentially applicable jurisdiction is expressly waived.
17.3. If any provision of this section is held null or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions will not be affected, and they will remain fully in effect. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable rights that consumer or data protection laws grant to Users.
18. Scope of Use
18.1. Access to and use of ZTalent is granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license, intended solely for professional purposes within the Platform environment.
18.2. The following are prohibited:
- (a) Resale or unauthorized commercial use of information
- (b) Creating databases that substantially reproduce ZTalent’s content
- (c) Breaching security measures or accessing restricted areas
- (d) Sending unsolicited mass communications or engaging in spam or harassment
- (e) Using ZTalent’s content or data to develop, train, or improve artificial intelligence models without express authorization
- (f) Performing acts of reverse engineering or tampering with the software
18.3. ZTalent may restrict access, suspend, or cancel accounts for breaches of these prohibitions, without prejudice to any legal action it may be entitled to take.
18.4. ZTalent may implement technical or security measures to protect the integrity of the Platform and its data, as well as to prevent unauthorized access or prohibited automated activities.
19. Ethical Commitment and Truthfulness
Users must act with professional ethics and publish truthful and respectful information. ZTalent may suspend or delete accounts that violate these principles. The Company may verify compliance with these rules and act in a proportionate manner in response to conduct contrary to good faith or to the spirit of the Platform.
20. Opinions and Comments
- Comments and opinions posted by users do not reflect ZTalent’s views.
- Each user is responsible for their own posts.
- Offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, unlawful content or content that infringes third-party rights will not be permitted.
- ZTalent may moderate, remove, or block comments that violate these rules, as well as restrict access for users who repeatedly violate them.
21. External Links and Hyperlinks
ZTalent may contain links to third-party websites. The Company is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or operation of such sites.
Anyone wishing to create a hyperlink to ZTalent must obtain prior written authorization. ZTalent reserves the right to revoke such authorization at any time.
22. Service Suspension
ZTalent may temporarily suspend access to the Platform without prior notice when necessary to perform maintenance, updates, or service improvements. Provided such suspension complies with applicable law, it will not give rise to liability for the Company.
23. Information and Inquiries
For any inquiries, complaints, or requests related to the services provided on ZTalent, the User can contact:

The Company undertakes to respond as soon as reasonably possible.
24. Electronic Communications
24.1. The User agrees to receive notifications and communications by electronic means, including email, in-Platform messages, or system alerts.
24.2. The User may revoke their consent to receive electronic notifications at any time directly from their control panel or dashboard.
24.3. All communications sent electronically will be deemed validly made when sent to the email address associated with the User’s account.
24.4. ZTalent may use these electronic means to notify Users of changes to the Terms of Use, technical updates, legal notices, or any matters related to the provision of services.
24.5. For legal purposes, all communications, notifications, notices, and contracts sent electronically will be considered “in writing” and will produce the same effects as if they had been made on paper, unless mandatory regulations require otherwise.
25. Professional Nature of the Service
ZTalent is aimed primarily at SAP professionals and companies. Consumer protection rules (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007) will apply only where the user acts outside their professional or business activity.
26. Partial Nullity
If any clause is declared null or unenforceable, the remaining Terms will not be affected and will remain fully valid and enforceable.
27. Alternative Dispute Resolution
In compliance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, Users are informed of the existence of the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
28. Prevailing Language and Versions
28.1. These Terms are drafted in Spanish, which will be the prevailing version for all legal purposes. If translations into other languages are provided and any discrepancy, conflict, or difference in interpretation arises between versions, the Spanish version will always prevail.
28.2. ZTalent may offer translations of these Terms into other languages solely for information or convenience. Such translated versions will not be legally binding contractual documents unless expressly stated otherwise.
28.3. Any communication, notice, or legal document related to these Terms should preferably be drafted in Spanish, unless otherwise agreed by the parties or required by law.
29. International Regulatory Compliance
29.1. The User agrees to use ZTalent’s services in accordance with Spanish law, European Union law, and any other international regulations applicable to cross-border use of digital services.
29.2. ZTalent may restrict access to the Platform or certain features when use of the services could violate international sanctions, export control regulations, or any other applicable legal rule.
29.3. The User will refrain from using ZTalent from territories or for purposes that violate applicable laws or sanctions, and will ensure legitimate, ethical use in line with international regulations on digital services and data protection.
30. Entry into Force
30.1. These Terms enter into force on November 12, 2025, and will remain in effect until modified or replaced.
30.2. Any subsequent update or revision will be published on the Platform, specifying the effective date of the new version.
30.3. Continued use of ZTalent after publication of any changes implies the User’s express acceptance of the new Terms.
