Our client, who is an international manufacturing organization, is currently undergoing a major SAP and IT transformation program and is looking for an experienced SAP Production Consultant to support a global S/4HANA journey.

This is a high-impact role with significant ownership and visibility across production operations, offering the opportunity to help shape future-state SAP processes and contribute to a large-scale greenfield S/4HANA rollout.

The consultant will work closely with production teams, operators, technicians, and business stakeholders to translate real shop-floor requirements into scalable SAP PP solutions. The environment is dynamic and evolving, making this a strong fit for someone who enjoys autonomy, hands-on collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Drive and support SAP PP solutions across production planning, BOMs, routings, batch management, and QM in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
Collaborate directly with production teams and operational stakeholders to understand workflows and translate requirements into effective SAP solutions.
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshoot incidents, and manage follow-up activities within ServiceNow (SNOW).
Support ongoing S/4HANA activities including blueprinting, documentation, testing, and global rollout initiatives within a greenfield setup.
Maintain and optimize master data and reporting processes across production, logistics, and quality functions.
Participate in strategic improvement initiatives including MES/Fiori enhancements, operator cockpit solutions, QM inspection forms, routing optimization, STO flows, ECM workflows, and batch management improvements.
Ensure stable day-to-day operations while driving process optimization and long-term improvements.

Required Experience

Strong hands-on SAP PP experience within ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
Solid understanding of manufacturing and production processes, including related logistics flows and SAP configuration.
Experience working closely with operational users, including shop-floor and hourly production staff.
Ability to work independently in an environment with evolving processes and limited SOP structures.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to balance operational support and strategic improvement work.
