Tasks

• Providing functional and technical consulting to clients in the design and implementation of SAP HR solutions (e.g., SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors)
• Supporting customers with technical inquiries, troubleshooting, and adapting systems to evolving regulatory or organizational requirements
• Planning and delivering SAP HR projects across the full project lifecycle — from concept development and process optimization to system configuration and user training
• Analyzing HR business requirements, advising stakeholders, and implementing tailored, high-quality solutions

Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• Strong interest in Human Resources processes and consulting
• Experience in implementing or supporting SAP HR and/or SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Independent, service-oriented, and customer-focused working style with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Very good German language skills and good command of English
