• Role: SAP PP, PM, QM Leader
• Location: hybrid in Barcelona
• Languages: English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate internal and external teams responsible for SAP operations and manufacturing-related solutions.
• Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and continuous improvement of SAP modules related to Production Planning, Plant Maintenance, and Quality processes.
• Participate in global transformation and implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
• Define workload estimations, resource allocation, and cost control for ongoing initiatives and support activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
• Drive roadmap definition and strategic evolution of SAP S/4HANA capabilities within operations and manufacturing domains.
• Monitor KPIs, service quality, and operational performance metrics to improve efficiency and user satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience working with SAP solutions in manufacturing and operations environments, especially within PP, PM, and QM areas.
• Proven background leading international teams and managing complex global programs or transformation initiatives. Including team management, mentoring, budgeting, and vendor coordination.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, deployments, or rollouts.
• Experience working with complex system integrations and enterprise architecture landscapes.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
