Position description
We're looking for a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join an international project supporting implementation and consulting activities across Europe.
What you'll do: Advise clients on Employee Central and Time Tracking solutions, design HR processes, manage integrations (including EC Payroll), lead testing, and deliver workshops and training for international customers.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting & implementation experience
- Strong hands-on expertise in Employee Central and Time Tracking
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll integration
- Fluent German and fluent English (both required)
