Position description
SAP Basis Consultant - (S/4HANA Cloud / Client-Facing)
We are seeking an experienced SAP Basis Consultant to support and deliver end‑to‑end services across SAP S/4HANA cloud environments for a portfolio of global customers across LATAM and the US.
This role sits at the intersection of technical SAP delivery and customer engagement, with a strong focus on service quality, system performance, and ongoing lifecycle management within cloud environments.
Project details:
- Role: SAP Basis Consultant (S/4HANA Cloud / Client-Facing)
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 18 months + extension
- Capacity: 5 days per week
- Location: Fully remote (Colombia)
- Languages: Fluent in both English & Spanish
Key Responsibilities:
- Support SAP S/4HANA cloud environments including upgrades, infrastructure updates, and technical troubleshooting
- Act as a primary point of contact for customers, leading service reviews and ongoing engagement activities
- Manage and coordinate incident resolution, including major incidents and escalations
- Oversee service delivery performance against SLAs and ensure continuous improvement
- Support customer onboarding and transition into managed cloud services
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure successful execution across the service lifecycle
- Contribute to release, maintenance, and change management activities
Required Experience & Skills:
- Strong SAP Basis background within enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or cloud platforms (HEC or similar)
- Proven experience supporting upgrades, infrastructure, and technical operations
- Experience working in customer-facing roles within consulting or managed services
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
- Understanding of IT Service Management and incident handling processes
- Fluent in English & Spanish
