Tasks
- Support clients in complex HR transformation projects, taking responsibility for tailored SAP-based solutions
- Provide advisory services on both technical and strategic aspects of SAP HR system design and implementation, including SAP Human Capital Management and SAP SuccessFactors
- Assist with technical issue resolution, error analysis, and adaptation of solutions to evolving business requirements
- Manage and deliver end-to-end SAP HR project lifecycle activities, including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare support
- Perform system configuration and customisation as part of project delivery, alongside user training and enablement
- Provide ongoing functional support to end users and assist with day-to-day HR system queries
- Support continuous optimisation of HR processes through expert SAP HCM guidance and best practice recommendations

We offer
- Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in SAP HCM consulting, with a focus on implementation and transformation projects
- Experience working with industrial organisations and collective labour agreement environments
- Strong knowledge of the full SAP Human Capital Management module, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organisational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll (PY)
- Basic understanding of HR-related labour law topics, such as payroll processes, social security, working time models, and absence/vacation regulations
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage; relevant SAP HCM certifications are also beneficial
