HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients, active in the automotive industry, in their search for a freelance SAP Master Data Governance Functional Consultant.

This is a mostly remote role with limited sporadic on-site presence required in our clients office in Türkiye.

In this role you will ensure correct Master Data Governance (MDG) setup for Suppliers, Customers and Financial Master Data and adoption for the Türkiye roll‑out, aligned with the global MDG model.

Key Responsibilities

• Support MDG for Finance master data (customers, vendors, finance objects)
• Align local master data requirements with global governance
• Support workflows, validations, and approvals
• Coordinate data readiness and migration activities

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong SAP S/4HANA MDG experience
• Experience with finance‑relevant master data
• Roll‑out experience in governed MDG environments
• Strong data quality and governance mindset
• Experience with data migration using Data Migration Cockpit and reconciliation
• Fluency in English is required.
