🔎 What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join international SAP programs.

The ideal candidate should have excellent hands-on experience with SAP FICO with a good understanding of SAP application design. Candidate should have good experience in business process design for core Finance and Controlling competencies. A good understanding of SAP system architecture is expected.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into system requirements is key to be successful in this role.

100% remote within Spain.

📋 Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Ability to perform all tasks in the development cycle, starting from business strategy, business process definition, to configuration and unit testing, assistance and follow-up with user testing, to coordination of transports to Production, to training and post-live support and fixes.
• Ability to drive blueprint as well as fit to standard or fit-gap design sessions, configure, test, implement functional requirements and the creation of functional design specs in the assigned work packages.
• Deliver innovative solutions in business consulting, business process design, application design and system integration supporting finance organizations of multi-national corporations.
• Functional testing/QA experience. Should have experience on preparing test strategy, gathering test metrics and defining test scenarios.
• Responsible for Unit Testing and Regression Testing the interfaces (Inbound and outbound).
• Creating and updating defects status in Quality system.
• Support other project activities such as User Acceptance Testing and Data Migration activities.
• Assist with Change Management activities such as training materials and documentation as outlined by specific project standards.

💡 What UST expects from you?

• Overall Experience level:8+ years of in-depth knowledge and consulting experience in SAP Finance & Controlling
• Knowledge on ALE IDOC's, Distribution model, Partner Profiles, Serialization and Error Handling processes.
• Expertise required in SAP ECC
• FI-GL (General Ledger, Corporate COA, Company (legal, GAAP) and Corporate reporting, Balance Sheet, and P&L Reporting. Bank and Tax Accounting and Foreign Currency).
• FI-AR (Accounts Receivable, Customer Master, Open AR, and AR aging reports).
• FI-AP (Accounts Payable, Vendor Master, Open AP, Payment processing, and Payment Cards).
• FI-AA (Fixed Assets)
• CO-CCA (Cost Center accounting by designated category and Cost Center budgeting).
• CO-PCA (Profit Center Accounting by profit center (Line of Business)
• S/4HANA Experience and/or understanding.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of integration to integration with other modules such as SAP Production Planning, Project Systems, Materials Management and Sales & Distribution.
• Fluent Spanish and English (C1)
