Polish-speaking SAP HCM Payroll Consultant — contract role, immediate start

Location: Remote — no UK base required

Key responsibilities

• Configuration and support of SAP HCM Payroll (PY) with Polish localisation
• Ensuring compliance with Polish statutory payroll requirements — ZUS, PIT, PPK, and labour law
• Schema and PCR development and maintenance for Polish payroll calculations
• Configuration of wage types, infotypes, and absence/attendance management
• Integration with SAP FI/CO for payroll posting and reconciliation
• Support for off-cycle payroll runs, retroactive calculations, and period-end processing
• Working with HR and finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into SAP configuration
• Fluency in Polish required for stakeholder engagement and documentation
