SAP MoC Consultant (Contract)

Duration: 12 months

Location: Arnhem (2-3 days per week onsite)

Our client is actively shaping the electricity grid of the future and is seeking an experienced SAP MoC Consultant to support critical transformation initiatives. In this role, you will contribute directly to projects that ensure a reliable and future-proof energy supply.

About the Opportunity

Our client operates within a large-scale, asset-intensive environment focused on delivering and maintaining essential energy infrastructure. You will join a specialist unit responsible for offshore-related activities and projects, working within a major transformation programme aimed at modernising and digitising business processes.
Within this programme, you will play a key role in implementing SAP Management of Change (MoC), ensuring that structured change processes are effectively supported and embedded across the organisation.

The Role

As an SAP MoC Consultant, you will be responsible for designing and delivering SAP MoC solutions as part of a wider transformation project.
Key responsibilities:

• Define functional requirements (user stories) and conduct GAP analyses
• Develop functional blueprints and SAP MoC prototypes
• Produce functional specifications and collaborate closely with technical teams
• Support data migration activities and lead test phases, including UAT
• Deliver end-user training and provide post go-live support (hypercare)
• Engage with stakeholders across business and IT, providing regular progress updates

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' experience in SAP EAM projects
• At least 6 end-to-end SAP project implementations
• Experience in capital-intensive sectors such as Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Chemicals
• Strong knowledge of SAP EAM, SAP MoC/ECM, and RICEFW (essential)
• Proven experience with integrations across modules such as PS, MM, CATS, DMS, HR and/or FICO
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent level)
• Fluent in Dutch and English (German is beneficial)
