SAP CRM Consultant

Whitehall Resources are currently looking for a SAP CRM Consultant.

Key Requirements:

- The Functional Consultant SAP CRM configures, implements, maintains and upgrades functional/business area Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application modules (e.g., Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain Management) and Client Relationship Management (CRM) application modules (e.g., Sales, Marketing).

- The Functional Consultant SAP communicates with a company's representatives to develop a business model incorporating SAP products.

- Applies in depth knowledge of off-the-shelf applications to efficiently customize modules that maintain full compatibility with vendor guidelines.

- Documents program settings and prepares guidelines.

- Tests system performance and efficiency.

- Supports tickets and resolves issues.

- Enhances parts of the system according to client specifications.

- Communicates with Technical Consultants SAP on program components.

- Creates models, diagrams and charts to assist application developers.

Key Skills:

- SAP S/4HANA Utilities for customer engagement.

- SAP CRM.

- Sales, Service, and marketing module.

- PME (Product Modeling Environment).

- Middleware.

- Experience with documenting of business processes.

- Up to 9 years experience.

- Ideally English and Swedish Speaking.
