HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients, active in the automotive industry, in their search for a freelance SAP CO Functional Consultant. Our client is located in Gent.

Role Purpose

Own the SAP Controlling (CO) stream for the roll‑out in our offices in Türkiye and possibly support factory implementation in our offices in Spain in a later phase of the project, ensuring consistent cost controlling and reporting including both product and actual costing in line with the global template.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess local SAP CO requirements vs the global template
• Configure and validate SAP CO areas (Cost Centers, WBS Elements, Profitability Analysis, Allocations)
• Implement product and actual costing
• Support integration with SAP FI, PS, MM, SD and other systems
• Perform functional and integration testing

The ideal candidate has:

• Strong SAP S/4HANA CO experience in roll‑outs
• Hands‑on knowledge of SAP CO‑FI integration
• Ability to work within strict template governance
• Experience with product costing, actual costing, project system and cost allocation cycles is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
