SAP IBP Consultant – Contract (12 Months+) | Hybrid | Bavaria

We are currently looking for an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to support a large-scale S/4HANA transformation project based in Bavaria.

This is a 12-month contract with strong potential for extensions, offering a hybrid working model (2–3 days per week onsite).

Project Overview

• SAP S/4HANA programme with integrated planning landscape
• Focus on SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
• International project environment
• Long-term roadmap with multiple phases

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement SAP IBP solutions
• Work across IBP modules such as Demand, Supply, Inventory, and S&OP (depending on scope)
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP IBP solutions
• Integrate SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA and other planning systems
• Support testing, go-live, and hypercare phases
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and technical teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP IBP
• Proven delivery experience on S/4HANA projects
• Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain planning processes
• Experience in complex, international project environments
• Fluent English (German is a plus, not mandatory)
• Willingness to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Bavaria
