SAP CO Consultant – S/4HANA European Rollout Programme

We are currently supporting a well-established Dutch food and beverage organisation embarking on the next phase of its S/4HANA journey. Following an initial core deployment, the business is rolling out a global S/4 template across multiple countries throughout Europe and is looking to strengthen the programme team with an SAP CO consultant.

This position will play a key role in ensuring finance controlling processes are successfully deployed and adopted across local markets while maintaining alignment with the global programme template.

The environment is fast-moving and highly collaborative, involving regular interaction with finance leadership, country teams and wider transformation stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SAP CO activities across a multi-country S/4HANA rollout programme
• Work with local and central finance teams to gather and validate business requirements
• Deliver process design and localisation activities while maintaining adherence to the global template
• Configure and support core SAP CO functionality including:
• Cost centre accounting
• Profit centre accounting
• Product costing
• Internal orders
• Cost object controlling
• Margin analysis
• Identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions
• Support country rollout workshops and fit-to-standard discussions
• Work closely with SAP FI consultants and integration teams
• Assist with testing, training and deployment activities
• Support cutover and post-go-live stabilisation

Skills & Experience:

• Strong SAP CO consulting experience across multiple project environments
• Prior S/4HANA implementation or rollout experience
• Experience working on template-based international rollout programmes
• Good understanding of finance processes within manufacturing or consumer products environments
• Strong integration knowledge across FI and logistics processes
• Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders
• Experience operating within complex international programmes
