Work Model:

• Primarily remote
• Freelance Role
• Limited travel based on project needs (locations may include Bitonto, Spresiano, or Bagnasco)
• Approx. 3 days per month travel during active phases

We are looking for an experienced SAP LE-TRA professional to join our growing team as a Solution and Implementation Manager within the Order-to-Cash (OTC) domain.

This is a critical role for a seasoned consultant who can take end-to-end ownership of transportation and logistics solutions, drive process design, and ensure successful delivery in SAP S/4HANA environments

Your Role:

As part of the OTC team, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize transportation solutions in SAP. You will play a key role in shaping logistics processes and ensuring alignment with broader enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the SAP LE-TRA solution lifecycle from analysis through go-live
• Design and implement To-Be processes in transportation, shipping, and logistics
• Define functional architecture, evaluating standard vs. custom solutions
• Lead documentation efforts (BBP, FDD, and related deliverables)
• Coordinate system configuration and support development activities
• Contribute to testing, training, data migration, and deployment strategies
• Manage risks, issue, and change requests within your scope
• Ensure alignment across business and technical stakeholders

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP LE-TRA
• In-depth understanding of:
• Transportation Planning & Execution
• Shipment Costing
• Integration with SD, MM, and EWM/TM
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA project environments
• Solid knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently
• Excellent prioritization and delivery focus

Language Requirements

• Italian (fluent – mandatory)
• English (good working knowledge preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience in international projects or multi-country rollouts
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management (TM)
