SAP PM/EAM Freelance Role– S/4 Programme (June Start | Remote)

One of Energize’s key clients is looking for a SAP PM/EAM Subject Matter Expert to support a Data Conversion workstream within a large S/4HANA transformation programme.

This role will focus on data migration and conversion activities across a complex enterprise landscape.

Your responsibilities:

• Support data conversion and migration activities across SAP PM/EAM

• Provide subject matter expertise across plant maintenance and enterprise asset management

• Work closely with finance (FI/CO) and materials management (MM) integration points

• Identify and manage relevant data objects and dependencies

• Support proposal preparation and client-facing discussions where required

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP PM/EAM environments

• Strong integration experience with FI/CO and MM modules

• Experience in at least two S/4HANA transformation projects, with a focus on data migration/conversion

• Solid understanding of key conversion objects such as Cost Center, Material Master, G/L Account, Business Partner, Plan Type, and Maintenance Instructions

Contract details:

• Start: 1st June 2026

• Duration: Until 2028

• German language required, + English

• Capacity: ~50% (higher availability preferred)

• Working model: Mostly remote

• Onsite: Germany (approx. 1–2 days per month)
