We are currently looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant for an international consulting client.

Role: SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant

Location: Remote

Contract: Freelance / Autónomo

Duration: 6 months

Languages: Spanish required, English nice to have

Experience required: 4+ years

Key Requirements

• Strong experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Ability to work independently in implementations and support projects

• Experience gathering requirements, leading client meetings, and configuring the system

• Experience with payroll integrations is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support new EC implementation projects

• Provide functional support for the module

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver solutions
