HAYS IT is assisting one of their clients, located in Brussels, in their search for a freelance SAP Application Consultant (HCM/Payroll/Abap).

They are looking for someone who will help give advice to the client using his/her expertise on SAP modules, who will also provide solutions and promote usage of SAP in relation to business needs, logic and processes.

The candidate will also work on functional changes (incl. projects), making estimates, doing functional analysis an delivering quality on-time. He/she will support the Team leader during the estimation process and be responsible for the quality of their deliverables.

The ideal candidate has:

• At least 5-6 years of experience in a similar role is required.
• A good understanding of SAP HR main modules: ADMIN/TIME/PAY and of PA/OM, HR tables and HR objects is required.
• Strong debugging skills in ABAP and the ability to document system interface requirements between applications and the SAP system is also required.
• Prior experience working on HCM Forms and Processes would be a plus
• English fluency is required. Fluency in at least one of Dutch and/or French with at least a good understanding of the other is also required.

This is a long term project with possibility of extension, the start date is ASAP. Our client has a hybrid homeworking policy.
