Now Hiring | IT Manager, Business Applications | Bridgewater, NJ (Hybrid)

My client is a global biotech company behind one of the most closely watched CAR-T therapies on the market, developed in partnership with one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. They are scaling their IT function and have an open seat for a senior Business Applications manager.

This is an individual contributor role with real ownership. You will manage end-to-end delivery, configuration, and continuous improvement across Finance, Procurement, and Commercial applications, working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and enterprise architecture.

Core platforms: SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Ariba, and Anaplan.

What they are looking for:

• 10+ years in business application delivery and support
• 5+ years of hands-on Anaplan experience, ideally including full implementation ownership
• Strong SAP platform experience across S/4HANA, BTP, or Ariba
• Integration experience across APIs, SFTP, and middleware
• SOX and GxP compliance familiarity
• Strong stakeholder engagement across both technical and business audiences

Base compensation is $130,000 to $170,000, plus performance bonus and equity eligibility. Benefits are strong with day-one vesting on the 401k match.
