Position description
Senior SAP HCM SuccessFactors Specialist (m/f/d)
Employment Type: Full-Time | Remote
Focus Area: Talent Management (Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, Compensation)
Location: Greater Frankfurt Area / Remote
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the design, implementation, and optimisation of modern Talent Management solutions within an international HR environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementation and optimisation of Talent Management modules including Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, and Compensation
- Analysis, design, and enhancement of end-to-end HR processes across performance, talent, learning, and development functions
- System configuration and customisation within SAP SuccessFactors
- Integration of Talent Management solutions with Employee Central and other HR platforms
- Facilitation of requirements workshops, process analysis sessions, and user enablement activities
- Support of system releases, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Opportunity to take ownership of workstreams or lead project activities
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Informatics, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Minimum 5 years of experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions
- Expertise in at least two of the following modules:
- Performance & Goals
- Learning
- Succession & Development
- Compensation
- SAP SuccessFactors certification in at least one Talent Management module
- Experience working within hybrid HR landscapes combining on-premise and cloud-based solutions
- Strong understanding of HR processes, talent management, and organisational structures
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively within collaborative and cross-functional teams
Desirable Skills
- Experience with SAP BTP, IAS/IPS, Work Zone, or Integration Suite
- Exposure to highly regulated industries such as financial services, energy, healthcare, or the public sector
