The Opportunity

We are currently supporting a leading global FMCG organisation undergoing a major SAP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within a complex international supply chain landscape, supporting SAP TM enhancements, integrations, and optimisation initiatives as part of a wider S/4HANA journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the design, configuration, and optimisation of SAP Transportation Management solutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders across logistics, transportation, and supply chain functions
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable SAP TM solutions
• Support integration activities between SAP TM and the wider SAP landscape
• Collaborate with technical teams on API-based integrations and interface design
• Participate in testing, deployment, and hypercare activities
• Drive process improvements across transportation and logistics operations
  
  

Required Experience

• Strong SAP TM consulting experience
• Proven experience working within SAP S/4HANA environments
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and interfacing between SAP and third-party systems
• Strong understanding of transportation, logistics, and supply chain processes
• Experience supporting implementation, rollout, or transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  
  

Highly Desirable

• FMCG industry experience
• Experience within complex global supply chain environments
• Exposure to logistics execution, freight planning, carrier integration, or transportation optimisation initiatives
