Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for a senior SAP Functional Consultant who will join a cross-functional team supporting our pharma client’s platform (SAP BTP-based E2E temperature management solution). Working across Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Distribution stakeholders at client’s sites. No prior pharmaceutical temperature management experience required.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across Quality, Logistics, and Manufacturing functions
• Translate business processes into functional specifications for the development team
• Support UAT, process validation, and go-live activities at PT sites
• Contribute to master data and configuration definition (stability budgets, business rules, excursion workflows)
• Act as liaison between business users and BTP development team
• Participate in rollout planning for next release scope (distribution integration)

Requirements:

• Senior SAP functional background — EWM, QM, or supply chain preferred
• Experience in regulated or GxP environments (pharma, life sciences, food) is an advantage
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across technical and business audiences
• Ability to quickly absorb complex domain knowledge
• Comfortable working in an agile, multi-workstream program environment
• Soft skills and learning agility are prioritized over domain expertise
