Position description
SAP CAR Functional Lead (AMR & UDF) – Retail
📍 Vallès Occidental (Barcelona) | Hybrid 50% Remote / 50% Onsite
🌍 English required
We are looking for an experienced SAP CAR Functional Lead with strong expertise in SAP AMR and SAP UDF to lead distribution planning initiatives for a leading international retail company.
Key requirements:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP CAR, AMR, and UDF
- Proven background in Retail Distribution Planning / Demand Forecasting
- Ability to lead functional initiatives from design to delivery
- Experience working closely with business stakeholders (Distribution, Supply Chain, Commercial teams)
- Strong functional profile with solid technical understanding
- Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
Main responsibilities:
- Lead implementation and optimization of SAP AMR & UDF solutions
- Drive continuous improvement of distribution planning processes
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and SAP initiatives
- Identify and leverage new SAP functionalities and best practices
- Ensure successful integration with other SAP modules and business systems
