Job Title: SAP GTS Techno Functional Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Techno-Functional Expert to manage and coordinate ongoing activities related to Global Trade and its interfaces/Satellite applications. The role will involve supporting legal and business requirements and working on projects to ensure compliance with global trade processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Activities: Lead all phases of projects (design, realization, development, test, train, data preparation, maintenance, hyper care, support).
• GTS Support: Manage GTS support package implementations and potential GTS S4 HANA upgrade study (2025/2026).
• Business Continuity: Drive discussions with Global Trade, business, and Digital Technology (DT/IT) teams. Lead topics such as legal changes, business improvements, bug corrections, and new initiatives.
• Support & Documentation: Provide L3/L4 support, manage version release, and deliver training and communications for Global Trade users.
• Coordination: Work with ABAP/Development partners and coordinate Satellite applications and vendor relationships.

Technical/Functional Skills:

• SAP GTS (Trade Preference, Compliance, Customs Management, Classification)
• SAP ECC6 (Sales & Logistics, Procurement, EHS Integration)
• SAP GTS S4 HANA (End to End, including design/configuration)
• ABAP (Nice to have)
• Satellite Applications/Middleware: Experience with Seburger, JET, Descartes, Dow Jones, EHS, Salesforce, etc.
• Tools & Reporting: Experience with ticketing tools, Solution Manager, BW, or other reporting tools.
