We are seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant to join a project at a prestigious global manufacturing client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, with a strong emphasis on recent and relevant project experience, particularly in SAP S/4HANA template rollouts.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead SAP FI/CO Rollouts: Drive the implementation of SAP FI/CO modules from a finance perspective across various company codes and locations.
* Template Implementation: Implement SAP S/4HANA templates for new sites, ensuring alignment with existing systems and business processes.
* Gap Analysis: Identify and analyze gaps related to legal requirements, electronic invoicing, and compliance in different countries.
* Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure SAP FI/CO to address identified gaps and meet legal requirements.
* Data Migration: Manage data migration from old legacy systems to the new SAP environment.
* ERP Harmonization: Harmonize various ERP systems to ensure a seamless transition.
* Compliance: Conduct gap analysis and ensure compliance with country-specific legal requirements.
* Data Preparation: Retrieve and prepare data for conversion, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure successful implementation.

Key Requirements:
* Implementation Projects: Recent experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects rather than maintenance projects.
* Integration: Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP applications like TAX & Invoicing tools.

Technical Skills:
* Customization and Configuration: Hands-on experience in customizing and configuring SAP FI/CO modules.
* Data Migration: Proficiency in leading data migration and harmonization efforts from various legacy ERP systems.
* Manufacturing Scenarios: Strong understanding of different manufacturing scenarios (make-to-stock, make-to-order) and their cost flows in SAP.
* Product Costing and Profitability Analysis: Experience with product costing, profitability analysis (CO-PA), and cost collectors in SAP.
* Migration Cockpit: Proficiency in using the SAP Migration Cockpit for data migration.

Soft Skills:
* Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.

Additional Requirements:

* Work Location: Mostly remote, but the candidate must be located in Spain.
* Contract: 12 months with the intention to extend.
* Work Structure: 40 hours a week.
