Lead Consultant Sales and Distribution

Our digital transformation team supports the development of modern sales and logistics processes across a complex enterprise landscape. We focus on building strong customer engagement models and efficient end-to-end business processes, supported by SAP S/4HANA, ECC, CRM, and cloud-based solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping the organisation’s digital roadmap, driving the optimisation of core sales and logistics functions, and delivering sustainable, future-proof SAP solutions.

Your Tasks

• Lead and take responsibility for challenging SAP implementation and transformation projects across the organisation.
• Guide project teams and ensure smooth, high-quality project delivery.
• Support digitalisation initiatives within the areas of sales and logistics.
• Drive the selection, design, and implementation of suitable SAP solutions in the areas of sales, CRM, and logistics (SAP SD/CS/LE).
• Plan and facilitate workshops and integration activities across departments and project streams.
• Own the end-to-end solution design, ensuring seamless process integration across sales, logistics, and service functions.
• Deliver complex implementations and manage major system enhancements and adjustments.

Your Profile

• Several years of professional experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) design and configuration projects.
• Broad understanding of the SAP logistics portfolio and ability to define solution strategies with clear business value.
• Experience with both classical and agile project management methods.
• Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Strong solution-oriented mindset with a structured working approach.
• Team player with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude; initial leadership experience is advantageous.
• Fluent German and English skills.
• Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
