Key responsibilities

• Lead SAP projects end-to-end, from requirements analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, rollout, and go-live.
• Advise and support clients in designing and implementing SAP SD/MM solutions.
• Develop and implement SAP SD/MM customizations tailored to business needs.
• Integrate SAP solutions with the digital core and external systems to ensure seamless processes.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops for clients and internal teams.
• Produce technical documentation and define best practices.
• Contribute to expanding expertise in SAP SD/MM and emerging areas such as Industry and Public Cloud.

Skills and experience required

• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including inventory management, P2P (procure-to-pay), L2C (lead-to-cash), and customer service.
• Experience integrating SAP with other modules (e.g., FI, CO, EWM), cloud solutions, and external systems.
• Degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or equivalent vocational training with relevant experience.
• Project experience in IT implementation, operations, and optimization; consultants contribute actively to projects, while senior consultants take full ownership and provide deeper expertise.
• Proven experience across the full consulting lifecycle and in comprehensive customer advisory.
• Fluent in German and English (C1 in both is non-negotiable)
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
