We are looking for an experienced SAP HR Consultant to join our team and provide functional expertise across Payroll (PY), Time Management (PT), Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).

This role offers full remote flexibility and involvement in multi‑country HR transformation initiatives.

🔍 Role Overview

You will support and enhance SAP HR solutions with a strong focus on payroll integration, change management, and HR process improvements across countries. The position involves hands-on configuration, testing, and collaboration with project and technical teams.

💼 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Payroll Integration Project – Spain

• Support testing & validation of payroll processes
• Ensure overall project quality and compliance
• Prepare and review HR/Payroll migration files
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and IT teams

2️⃣ Cross‑Country HR Projects & Change Management

• Lead and manage Change Requests and improvement initiatives
• Gather business requirements and conduct functional analysis
• Configure SAP HR modules and define solution designs
• Execute testing activities (SIT/UAT)
• Coordinate with external developers and support partners

📌 Daily Responsibilities

• Test & validate SAP HR processes
• Perform quality assurance for ongoing projects
• Prepare and validate migration data files
• Drive change requests and enhancements
• Create functional specifications and perform system configuration
• Collaborate with development and support teams across regions
