This position serves as a senior subject‑matter expert for Order‑to‑Cash processes within SAP, combining deep functional knowledge with hands‑on solution design. The consultant will craft forward‑thinking OTC capabilities leveraging SAP SD and LE components, supporting ongoing operations, major transformation initiatives, and evolving business and compliance needs.

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape project concepts, define solution scope, and contribute to estimation and planning activities.
• Evaluate and optimise existing OTC processes, ensuring system performance, stability, and continuous improvement within the SAP landscape.
• Provide leadership and oversight on project and enhancement delivery, ensuring alignment with IT and business objectives.
• Build strong working relationships with internal technology teams and cross-functional counterparts.
• Deliver high‑quality system configuration, testing, documentation, and end‑to‑end solution design following established standards.
• Facilitate and lead requirement‑gathering workshops with business teams, vendors, and IT partners to design robust and scalable OTC solutions that integrate seamlessly across other functional areas.

Skills & Experience Required

• Extensive experience working in SAP SD.
• Proven track record in full-cycle SAP implementation (s) in SAP SD, covering blueprinting, gap analysis, solution design, build, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
• Experience with SD- LE, and OTC/Order‑to‑Cash process design and delivery- or willingness to learn/develop in this area.
• Solid cross‑module exposure, particularly with MM and FI/CO.
• Practical experience integrating SAP with external systems including EDI platforms, e‑commerce interfaces, non‑SAP applications, and third‑party logistics (3PL/WMS).
• Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, configuration, testing approaches, performance tuning, and documentation.
• Exceptional stakeholder-management and collaboration skills.
• Strong communication abilities in English.
• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a closely related discipline- preferred.
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with strong teamwork values.
• Willingness to learn and engage in various forms of training—self-directed, mentoring-based, hands-on, or classroom-led.
