Position description
Recruit 121 is currently looking for an experienced SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant/Lead to support a major SAP transformation programme based in the Netherlands.
Location: Netherlands
Start: April 2026 (expected)
Duration: 12 month contract + extension
Language: English
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the OCM strategy and change roadmap aligned with programme delivery.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organisational readiness evaluations.
- Design and implement communication and engagement plans, including leadership messaging and change networks.
- Lead training and enablement initiatives, including role-based training and super-user programmes.
- Track change adoption and business readiness, addressing resistance and supporting post-go-live sustainment.
Experience Required
- Strong experience delivering Organizational Change Management within SAP transformation programmes.
- Familiarity with SAP modules such as MM, SD, or FI/CO.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder engagement, communications, and training across complex programmes.
- Excellent facilitation and workshop leadership skills.
- Prosci or CCMP certification is beneficial.
