MM Consultant - Global Pharmaceutical Company

We are seeking an experienced MM Consultant to join a leading global pharmaceutical organisation. This role focuses on end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, collaborating with stakeholders, and helping design, document, and test solutions across ERP and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse, design, describe, and test solutions with a full end-to-end understanding of P2P business processes.
• Work across process-based and cross-process IT systems, including ERP and decentralized applications.
• Apply deep knowledge of MM/P2P business processes, policies, and programmes to support business needs.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, managing expectations and facilitating change effectively.
• Resolve both routine and complex issues, translating findings into clear business requirements.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in MM or P2P areas.
• Broad understanding of MM/P2P business processes, policies, and programmes.
• Experience with process-based and cross-process IT systems (ERP and other applications).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience with SAP Solution Manager testing tool is an advantage.
