Responsibilities
MAT Test Preparation Support: Support preparation activities for MAT testing by validating scenarios, coordinating prerequisites, and ensuring data readiness for execution.
MAT Execution and Defect Handling: Execute MAT test cycles, analyze test results, and identify, document, and resolve incidents in collaboration with relevant teams.
CAT3 Test Preparation Coordination:Assist in CAT3 preparation by aligning test scope, test data, and execution plans with central and local stakeholders.
CAT3 Execution and Issue Resolution: Support CAT3 execution, perform incident triage, root cause analysis, and coordinate fixes with technical and functional teams.
GR Parallel Run Operational Support: Provide hands-on support during the Group Reporting Parallel Run, ensuring stable operations and timely issue resolution.
Incident Triage and Analysis: Analyze incidents related to CFIN to Group Reporting data feeds, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions.
CFIN to GR Data Feed Validation: Monitor and validate CFIN to Group Reporting data flows, ensuring data completeness, consistency, and reconciliation accuracy.
Market Training Delivery: Deliver training sessions and practical guidance to pilot and rollout markets on Group Reporting processes and controls.
User Support and Knowledge Transfer: Provide day-to-day support to market users, answering functional questions and transferring knowledge on GR operations.
Documentation and Test Evidence Maintenance: Create and maintain clear documentation, test evidence, and execution logs to support audit and governance requirements.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with FT&MR, central support teams, and market teams to ensure aligned execution and issue resolution.
Parallel Run Coordination: Coordinate activities and dependencies during the GR Parallel Run, supporting communication and escalation management.
Continuous Engagement and Support: Remain actively engaged throughout MAT, CAT3, and the GR Parallel Run phases, supporting stable deployment until completion.

Requirements: 

Senior Professional Experience: Minimum 6–8 years of professional experience in SAP finance or consolidation-related roles.
SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting Expertise: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting, including data structures and consolidation processes.
ACDOCU Knowledge: Strong understanding of ACDOCU table structure and its role within Group Reporting data models.
GRDC Functional Experience: Practical experience working with Group Reporting Data Collection as part of consolidation or reporting flows.
SAP Financial Accounting Experience: Solid hands-on experience in SAP FI, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
Parallel Run Support Experience: Proven experience supporting parallel run phases, including monitoring, reconciliation, and issue resolution
MAT and CAT Test Cycle Experience: Hands-on involvement in MAT and CAT test cycles, covering preparation, execution, and defect handling.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions 
Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills enabling effective collaboration with business users, testers, and central teams.
