Position description
Voor een van onze klanten zoeken wij een SAP SuccessFactors Consultant die verantwoordelijk wordt voor production support en optimalisatie van het SuccessFactors landschap.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Beheren en oplossen van incidenten (SLA-gedreven)
- Configuratie, testing en deployment van enhancements
- Ondersteunen van SuccessFactors releases
- Monitoren en oplossen van integratie-issues
- Ondersteunen bij audits en compliance (o.a. SOC)
- Up-to-date houden van functionele documentatie
Profiel
- Ervaring met SAP SuccessFactors (support)
- Ervaring met minimaal 2 implementaties
- Gecertificeerd in 2+ modules (bijv. EC, Time Off, Recruiting, PMGM, LMS, Compensation, Succession)
- Ervaring met integraties en basiskennis XML
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
