In preparation for upcoming projects, they are currently searching for a new Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant.

Tasks

• Own and manage the entire SAP SuccessFactors system - with a strong focus on Employee Central and EC Payroll
• Lead and implement system changes, enhancements, and upgrades — from idea to go-live
• Drive interfaces and integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP ERP
• Ensure high-quality HR master data and stable core HR processes
• Identify optimisation opportunities and improve HR workflows across the organisation
• Run and support upgrade and improvement projects
• Act as a trusted partner for HR and IT, confidently presenting ideas and solutions
• Bring innovation: if you have a good idea, you’re encouraged to build a business case and make it happen

Profile

• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• Strong expertise in Employee Central / EC-Payroll
• Knowledge of the following modules is a plus: Performance & Goals, Recruiting and Compensation & Benefits
• A confident, senior mindset — you’re comfortable challenging, advising, and presenting
• Fluent German
