For a valued client, we are looking for an IT Consultant who will support ERP‑enabled business transformation programs and guide organizations through complex digital change.

About the Role

In this position, you will play a key role in delivering large‑scale ERP transformation initiatives within a high‑end consulting environment. You will contribute to the full delivery cycle of ERP programs—including requirements gathering, design, testing, cutover, and go‑live—while working closely with senior architects and business stakeholders.

You will gain exposure across multiple SAP modules and end‑to‑end value streams such as Purchase‑to‑Pay and Order‑to‑Cash, and you will work within recognized implementation frameworks like SAP Activate. The role also provides visibility into business case development, PMO responsibilities, and change management activities.

Key Responsibilities

As an IT Consultant, your responsibilities include:

• Contributing to ERP delivery across analysis, design, testing, and deployment
• Applying SAP Activate methodologies to ensure efficient, high‑quality delivery
• Supporting roadmap and solution design activities with senior technical teams
• Analyzing business processes and translating requirements into functional solutions
• Participating in workshops and aligning scope with business priorities
• Supporting documentation, PMO tracking, and operational project tasks
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams within digital transformation programs

Your Profile

You are analytical, communicative, and motivated to work at the intersection of technology, processes, and business. You bring:

• 3–11 years of experience in ERP delivery, IT consulting, or enterprise solutions
• Functional knowledge of SAP (one or multiple modules)
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations is an advantage
• Understanding of key processes such as P2P or O2C
• Strong stakeholder‑management and client‑facing skills
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
