Position description
We are an internationally active engineering and technology organisation delivering specialised industrial equipment and system solutions across a range of process-driven industries. Our expertise spans advanced machinery, integrated system design, and technical services supporting complex production environments.
Tasks
- You partner with internal stakeholders to analyse business processes and translate operational needs into system requirements aimed at improving efficiency and performance.
- You design and implement effective ERP solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams across international locations.
- You take ownership of solution configuration, system integration testing, and documentation within core operational modules.
- You support global system rollouts and ensure smooth implementation across multiple regions.
- You train and guide key users and end users, providing advanced application support.
- You investigate system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution.
Profile
- Degree in business informatics, information systems, or a comparable qualification
- Solid hands-on experience within ERP environments, ideally with exposure to order-to-cash and related functional areas
- Strong system configuration skills within core operational modules; basic development or debugging knowledge is advantageous
- Experience within a technical, manufacturing, or project-based environment is beneficial
- Confident and professional communication skills in both German and English
- Structured, analytical, and process-oriented mindset with the ability to consider end-to-end business processes
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and situations
- Team-oriented approach with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis
