  • You support global system rollouts and ensure smooth implementation across multiple regions.
  • You train and guide key users and end users, providing advanced application support.
  • You investigate system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution.

Profile

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and situations
  • Team-oriented approach with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis

We offer

  • A challenging and varied role with comprehensive onboarding and structured training
  • Long-term career stability within a well-established, privately owned organisation
  • Performance-based compensation and an attractive overall benefits package
  • A collaborative and supportive working environment with a strong team culture
  • Flexible working hours and hybrid working options to support work-life balance
  • Generous annual leave entitlement plus additional special leave days
