Recruit 121 is seeking for an experienced SAP Senior Vendor Invoice Management Consultant to support a large-scale SAP transformation program from the Explore phase through template definition and rollout preparation.

What you’ll do

• Advise on finance and procurement processes related to invoice validation and processing

• Guide transformation from custom legacy solutions to SAP standard approaches

• Lead and support fit-to-standard workshops leveraging EML

• Provide leadership and quality assurance across cross-functional teams

• Help scope group finance and procurement functions for a new greenfield template

What you bring

• Proven experience in large-scale finance transformations in multinational environments

• Strong expertise with Enterprise Management Layer (EML)

• Deep understanding of invoice validation, invoice processing, and VIM solutions

• Experience with third-party invoice verification tools such as OpenText VIM or ReadSoft

• Ability to guide teams through standardization of non-standard SAP processes

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and workshop facilitation skills

• German language proficiency (project language)
