We are looking for an experienced Technology Consultant (SAP Basis) who will work on configuring, upgrading, migrating, and optimizing SAP systems that support real business processes. The role requires strong technical expertise, customer-facing experience, and the ability to lead strategic technology initiatives across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities

SAP System Operations

• Perform daily SAP system administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Carry out installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, and conversion activities across SAP landscapes.
• Set up and integrate SAP systems with other business applications.
• Support SAP environments during greenfield implementations and major technical transformations.

Project Delivery & Leadership

• Lead technology projects with high complexity or business criticality.
• Manage deliverables, milestones, and budgets for assigned work packages.
• Provide expert-level advice on architecture, design, and technology strategy.
• Work with cross-functional teams across different countries and cultures.
• Independently identify improvement opportunities and implement new process steps.

Customer Engagement & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted advisor for customers on SAP technical solutions.
• Manage expectations to prevent escalations and ensure smooth delivery.
• Build strong partnerships with decision-makers in customer organizations and SAP teams.

Role Requirements (Experience & Skills)

Professional Experience

• Experience in process implementation, technical consulting, or customer-facing roles involving solution architecture.
• Proven background and deep understanding of SAP Basis, with relevant and active certifications.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, lead teams, and handle high-risk or high-volume technical initiatives.
• Experience defining technical deliverables, ensuring quality, and driving innovative solutions.
• Strong accountability, ownership, and ability to manage complex technical work packages.
